Leadership

Ela Garcia-Rapadas

An amazing wife and mother, Ela Garcia-Rapadas started her career as a financial advisor in 2003. Her heart of an athlete and her innate inclination to sales made her a force to be reckoned with during her years as an individual contributor.

She eventually transitioned to a management role when she volunteered to be a unit manager in 2010. She rose above every challenge the position and transition entailed, and slowly made the Blue Nightingales the team to beat. She took her team to great heights and made it the top team for four consecutive years, from 2011 to 2014.

Rap Rapadas

Originally from the medical field, Mr. Rapadas is a licensed Physical Therapist here and abroad. He brought his medical training to the financial service industry to create a better training program that is data-driven.

With his insatiable appetite for learning, he assures the team of up-to-date ideas, insights, and practices that are proven and tested to give the team members an advantage.
